There are so many things to love about this zip top bag, including the way you feel when you support sustainable fashion, waste reduction and recycling. This big beauty is made almost entirely from reclaimed leather from a variety of pieces, including multiple jackets, pants, skirts, other bags… That’s one of the things that makes it so unique- the history 🖤 Made out of “fish scale” shapes that were hand cut from reclaimed leather in steel blue and many shades of grey, blue and black. Each scale is securely stitched in place and various sized antique silver studs were added for a little extra wow 🤩 The backside is also made from reclaimed leather, with lots of stitching for support and design. There’s a back phone pocket and 2 interior pockets. Fully lined. Fringe from the above previously mentioned reclaimed pieces were also used for the side fringe. The strap is stamped, stained, treated and underlined. Reinforced base for added support. Zipper separates for a large open top. If you can’t tell, I’m crazy about this big gal.
