Not much makes me happier than making new things out of old stuff. That’s how I learned to work with leather… but the passion goes back way further. I love preserving old pieces, pieces with stories, memories… And yes, of course keeping less garbage out of landfills is an added bonus. There are so many reasons to work with reclaimed materials, but let’s not forget that it’s just fun! I’ve been experimenting with different bag sizes recently and this is the first of this shape & size. It has a fairly small profile (at least to me!) but quite a bit will fit in there. Definitely a phone, small wallet, sunglasses, maybe a few more little essentials… She’s got a zip top, back phone pocket, detachable tassels, adjustable strap, fully lined in gorgeous deep red water & stain resistant brocade and has an interior pocket. Antiqued brass hardware throughout. Soft, sturdy and all black 🖤 Dimensions: 11” wide (at base), 10” high, 2.25” deep.
